Manchester United has announced Bruno Fernandes as the Player of the Month of November.

The 26-year-old Portugal international has been absolutely incredible since moving to Old Trafford back in January as the midfielder helped Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side to finished third in the Premier League last season and secure Champions League qualification.

Fernandes played his part in Manchester United’s sensational comeback victory over Southampton during the weekend.

Red Devils made the announcement on social media on Wednesday afternoon, confirming that Fernandes crown Player of November after scoring six goals in the month.

Fernandes has now named Player of the Month award for the fifth time after claiming the prize in February, March, June, August, and November.

The former Udinese and Sporting Lisbon midfielder is the fourth Manchester United player to score in five consecutive away games in the Premier League after Ruud van Nistelrooy (2002 & 2003), Robin van Persie (2013), and Zlatan Ibrahimovic (2017).

Manchester United top Champions League Group G, but their passage to the knockout stages is far from guaranteed so it is unlikely Fernandes will be rested against PSG.

Following the visit of PSG to Old Trafford, the Red Devils face West Ham, RB Leipzig, Manchester City, Sheffield United, Leeds United, and Everton before Christmas.
